Apple Crisp for a Satisfying Dessert

Apple crisp is a traditional American dessert (see American cuisine) which is also called apple crumble in United Kingdom.  This has been in every American home in every occasion and holiday, if not every weekend.  Its recipe has been passed on from generations to generations because it has served families with its delicious taste and the satisfying feeling we get after eating this mouth-watering dessert is inexplicable.   Its ethereal cinnamon scent leaves us no choice but to succumb to our grumbling stomach and satisfy ourselves with this enticing dessert.  Apple crisp reminds us of autumn with its red leaves and chilling weather, or it may trigger our high school memories where a poor version of apple crisp became a staple food in cafeterias.  But, nonetheless, apple crisp reminds us of happy memories of holidays, high school, autumn, and even a simple weekend with your family. This just proves how it has become a part of our culture.
